Covering several hundred pages, sozialrechtler.de offers private users extensive information on almost all aspects of social and labour law, written in language that even non-experts can easily understand. It gives initial answers to your questions, as well as providing addresses of the most important places of relevance and, on request, links to public bodies and other benefit agencies, courts, active self-help and interest groups. To facilitate dealing with the various institutions, sozialrechtler.de also has a wide range of application and other forms available for download. It also offers the possibility to obtain advice from an experienced lawyer. Within the scope of our online consultancy facility, you can ask hitherto unanswered questions. The desired answers and advice on how to proceed further will be provided to you either in writing or by telephone quickly, competently and in clear language. We can naturally also represent you towards public authorities and other benefit agencies, private institutions and employers and jointly seek for ways of ending disputes quickly and in your favour. Social institutions, interest groups and organisations
We offer social institutions, interest groups and organisations comprehensive advice and representation in all aspects of social and labour law. We will conduct legal disputes with benefit agencies and public authorities on your behalf, advise you in all internal legal questions and collect your outstanding claims.

We are able to advise and represent business enterprises, small traders and self-employed people in all areas of social and labour law. We will look for ways you can make savings - especially in the field of social insurance law - and identify any errors or deficiencies before they can have a negative impact. Thus, for instance, we will check out whether or not managing partners of private limited companies, their family members and other employees fall under social insurance law and, if need be, institute status inquiry proceedings at the German pensions insurance umbrella organisation, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund. We can inform you regarding the pension insurance obligations of self-employed people, and recover excessive or wrongfully paid contributions from the benefit agencies.
